CONDITIONS OF USE
Further to thie above the copyright holder may request that where a photograph, derawing
or graphic is used to sell a specific plant, that a specimen of that plant is sent
to the copyright holder so that he can check the authenticity of that plant. After the
identity has been validated, continued use of the photograph, drawing or graphic will be
granted. This plant may be retained by the copyright holder or sold in aid of the NCCPG,
its local groups or it's National Plant Collections®. If retained by the copyright holder
the source of the plant material will be credited in his records.
Further the copyright holder requests that where photographs, drawings, graphics or
written material use is granted that credit be given to the creator or author (with
contact details, such as email address) and the website the item was taken from, with a
hyperlink to the site.
NON-COMMERCIAL USE
A fee may not be requested for any varifiably guenuine, online, non-commercial use,
providing credit and contact details are thorough. For other publication a complimentary
copy of the publication in which the item(s) appear is needed in addition to full credit
and contact details. If the non-commercial organisation has salaried staff, it may be
treated as a commercial organisation. However in all cases permission must be sort and
recieved in writing before use of any material.
David Barrett reserves the right to refuse permission of use, and to withdraw it.
